'Tales of the Sissy' is a play on words related to Armistead Maupin's novel 'Tales of the City' which chronicles the daily lives of several seemingly unrelated people. Since my blog chronicles my daily life and I am gay (hence the stereotype 'sissy'), I decided to call my blog 'Tales of the Sissy'.

Another Walter update
Walter & Marvin recently had baths. Marvin is very good about them now and tolerates them without resistance. Walter has not 'learned' this yet, and in the photo above he is trying to escape from the laundry sink.
Walter loves to relax on Daddy's lap and take selfies.
I would suggest trying to bathe Walter in a regular bath tub. And buy a shower head that is on a long hose that can be used to rinse Walter with. A utility tub can appear to be a very confining space for a dog. And Walter may be claustrophobic.
One of our doggies thought that getting a bath was punishment for something she did wrong. When it was bath time and we called her into the bathroom, her ears would go down, her tail uncurled and dropped between her legs, and she shame walked all the way in. So after bathtime it was loads of treats and tons of loving, but it never changed a thing!
