Fun on tap

Spouse & I have lots of fun things on our schedule for the next few days:

• Dinner with Paul & Steve at a Chinese buffet on Fri evening
• Dessert with Rick & Nick (and likely others) at the Miltonian on Fri night
• Breakfast with visiting friends from VA Alice & Alta at the Blue Plate Diner on Sat morning
• Corvette and classic Car show with Rick & Nick in Georgetown on Sat afternoon
• Arrival of house guests/friends from Greg & Gerry followed by dinner on Sat night

Greg & Gerry are staying through Tues and I'm afraid the weather forecast is not going to make for a good time at the beach. It is supposed to rain or be overcast the entire time they're here. I'll have to remind them of the saying I recently saw: A cloudy day at the beach is better than a sunny day anywhere else.
