'Tales of the Sissy' is a play on words related to Armistead Maupin's novel 'Tales of the City' which chronicles the daily lives of several seemingly unrelated people. Since my blog chronicles my daily life and I am gay (hence the stereotype 'sissy'), I decided to call my blog 'Tales of the Sissy'.

Restaurants
Its summertime, a time when folks are more apt to travel and eat out. Here are a few restaurants you may want to avoid (or seek out) while you're out and about!

You made me laugh out loud! Thanks!
Fuk Mi is a real restaurant in Houston! I drive by it all the time and think "who in their right mind would eat there?!"
BTW- my word very is "discoken"! As in "Discoken my mouth makes it hard to talk!"
I think my favorite is Phat Phuc.
And bung hole is just clever for a bar, what with the etymology of the word and all.
