It's boring (...Mark, just stop the dieting BS. It's boring (as you say) so who wants to live and eat like that? Just make small incremental changes to your daily diet and routine. No pigging out, not binge eating. Eat what you want to, but in moderation. Best tool for eating out is to ask for a to go box at the beginning of the meal so you eat only half and take the other half home for lunch the next day.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
